The iMAP is the flagship talent development programme for Singapore’s insurance industry, designed to attract and develop young talent for Specialist & leadership roles in this dynamic industry. Launched in 2009, it is a structured 2-year fast track talent programme that offers participants professional accreditation and certifications, structured on-the-job training linked to cross-functional rotations, mentorship, international exposure, online ethics programme, special activities and talks. iMAP also provides structured post-programme career development with a view to leadership.
